Run University’s next Couch to 5/10k Program will begin soon.

An information meeting will kick it off, covering the group run schedule, philosophy, training, and pacing. 
There will be time for Q&A and when it's over you can decide if you want to join.

In Danny’s Running programs an important by-product of the running is in understanding the importance of short and long term goals and how they can increase the gain in self confidence, self esteem as well as self-empowerment.  As you progress you will discover within yourself the ability to persevere, your own determination and the self-satisfaction that comes from a job well done! 

Danny’s Running Couch to 5k/10K program is built upon ‘adaptation’.  We new runner (or the "haven't run in a while runner") through the steps to run a successful 3.1 miles (5k) or 6.2 miles (10k).

Each day, each run is another opportunity to conquer your own doubts. It’s not a big thing much like a brick is not a big thing, but a lot of bricks put together will become a wall and a lot of runs put together will become a 5k or 10K and a new, improved you.
